Reiki is a soulful journey into self empowerment, healing and spiritual liberation. The course is for all people yearning to reconnect with their true nature and power . You will receive a personal Reiki Attunement Reijû prior to the course to activate the power of Reiki in your body and form a spiritual connection to your soul.

Reiki Shinpen ~ Level Three
August- November 2024
A deep dive into self mastery, true liberation and infinite possibilities
Monthly Reiki Shu Shu practice group hosted by Kathleen Silson and Sibylla Meckel
Available to all Reiki levels, once a month
Next Reiki Shu Shu : 26 November, 10.15 am -1 pm (shared lunch optional)
Reiki Shu Shu includes
- Self Activation of the Reiki body ( mindful guided and moving meditation)
- Reiju (attunments) for all students
- Group Reiki ( several students working on one student)
- Reiki Mawashi (Reiki meditation originated by Mikao Usui circulating Reiki within the group)
- Questions and answers
Reiki and the various levels
Originally developed by Shinto Buddhist Master Mikao Usui (1865-1926), the transformational art of Reiki has evolved over the years. However, the essential truths remain the same : Reiki is Universal energy, described by Usui as the three Universal deities of limitless Light, infinite Power and Unconditional Love. When channeled through the body the mind calms, the body relaxes and the subconscious layers of one’s innate wisdom rises to the surface, revealing our soul’s divine intelligence and purpose
To face oneness, embracing within oneself all of creation in the universe is the ultimate aspiration and inspiration as a Reiki practitioner. Reiki aligns body, mind and spirit and connects the receiver to one’s true divine self
First Level – Shoden
an initiation of becoming an anchor of Universal Light, Power and Love
In the First degree of Reiki the main focus is on energy awareness and cultivation. That includes receiving attunements from the teacher, using hands on healing methods and various meditation practices and to channel Reiki through the whole body.
Second level – Okuden
Mental/ emotional balance, connection
You will learn to remember the power of intention and how energy increases with focus. You will be given the sacred empowerment symbols SKR, SHK and HSZSN for mental & emotional balance, and to practice distant Reiki – connecting beyond time and space, healing within the unified field of universal consciousness.
As we focus on this universal connection, we will be shedding the light into the personal, collective and cultural subconscious beliefs and patterns, and how to dissolve life limiting habits through the power of love and forgiveness
Third Level – Shinpen
Activating the master within you
In this 9 months course you will learn to recognize, differentiate and master the difference between your ego mind and the universal mind and how to be guided by Source- God, the Divine, however you perceive the great, unfathomable mystery. You learn the process of attuning others, start your own Reiki practice and meditation classes and apply the universal law of oneness in your everyday life. Ultimately you are reconnecting with the divine teacher, the spiritual leader within you, that has always been there.
Topics for this course include: Becoming Self-Supporting ~ Mastering your Personal Power ~ Compassion, Inclusivity and Inspiration ~ The Master Symbol, Meaning and Mantra ~ Reiki Attunments ~ discovering a new sense of self
