It is an honour to support you on your journey of self empowerment and healing. Healing to me means walking a path of the ever unfolding AROHA CONSCIOUSNESS opening my heart. I see life as a profound transformational journey dedicated to re-discovering myself as a living expression of Love, the abundant free energy that I am sharing in all of my work.
My path has always been one of deep surrender- learning to trust and be guided by the ever changing flow of life itself, death and rebirth, and learning to meet each experience with an open heart.
As a mother, wife, grandmother and stepmother and human spirit, I continue to learn through the sacred web of life and the mystery of being human.
Birth, loss, love and transformation have taught me to honour all that life presents with compassion, presence and gratitude.
The word Aroha comes from the Maori language. It has a multi layered meaning according to Maori elder Te Makuini Ruth Tai. It has become my daily mantra:
ARO – presence, awareness, intention
RO- the inner essence, the core of being
HA – the breath of life, divine essence
OHA- abundance, sharing prosperity
AROHA is the sacred force that arises when we return to the inner self through the breath of life, allowing love, generosity, wisdom and right action flow naturally into the world. AROHA is not an emotion alone, but a way of being.
