My personal story of coming into being …
My life is and has been a journey of surrender to discover who I Am and what my purpose is. I percieve myself as a servant of Life – the way it is meant to be, and to protect, nourish, embrace and accept all of Life .
As a young adult I worked as an actress. My role was to learn to surrender to the heart and soul of the characters I was playing. I had to be compassionate and non judgemental with my characters in order to portray them truthfully. I had to reveal their deepest fears and heart’s desires and I was to love them, no matter what, for who they were.
This tool, to listen deeper than words, to look right into the heart and soul of every aspect of life and to feel it in every cell of my body became my main focus and inner teacher to discover my true self
Since 2003, the year my daughter’s father died suddenly, I have fully dedicated my life to supporting people to heal themselves, meaning helping them to understand traumatic experiences as aspects of the soul that need healing and clearing through forgiveness and self love.
Since 2000 I have been working as a certified Integrative Breath Therapist, Chi Nei Tsang practitioner, Master Reiki Teacher, and Qi Gong Instructor. I am a mother of two daughters and three step daughters and I am a grandmother. I am passionate about sustainable and organic nutrition as an indispensable companion for all healing processes and for the saving of our Mother Earth

The births of my two daughters were the greatest teachers when it comes to surrendering to the Great Force and the Great Love
Assisting and supporting my duaghter to give birth to her daughter has been an even greater blessing , that opened my heart to yet another dimension of love . I didn’t think I could possibly feel more love…
It is one thing to give birth to your child, but to support your child to give birth to her child is simply divine – an act of pure, unconditional love and surrender. I am very grateful for this experience.
With the death and dying of my dear mother in 2015, my spirit and soul has opened up to higher dimensions of my being. Supporting her through her passing gave me the final confirmation that we are all connected, that life and death are intertwined through spirit and that we all part of One Divine Source.
